Why Education Is So Important

Education Laws has come a long way from centuries ago, in the 1930s during the Great Depression school was a tough subject. The teacher didn’t receive pay because the school could not afford to pay them. There was some stated that had one/room schools, they had to come up with ways to prioritize education or their schools would be forced to close. 


Education was something that everyone family wanted for their children and needed but it came at a price that all families could not afford. In the 1940s education changed for the better it became more of a priority, the states received better funding for education . Education was brought up to date with all the new inventions and discoveries in literature, arts, and more. College courses were also brought up to a update. The changes that took place in colleges so begin to push the public schools forward on the education scales.

In the 1960s the government began a newly progressed need for education. President John F. Kennedy lobbied Congress for more funds in the education department, more federal aid was needed for the schools. The politicians was against school integration and they made it known. This was a major fight centered mostly around the rights of African Americans, they didn’t have the same rights as whites. The key was to desegregate schools in America so that everyone no matter what race would be able to get an Raul education. Education was very important to people because it helped you advance to new levels, people who was educated could read and write. If you could read then you could understand what was going on in the world around you. For black families this was really important because there was a pass history of them being limited to no or little education. 

Education was meant to enhance the mind, to give children and adults the chance to learn and use what they have learned in their everyday life. In today’s society graduation from grade school is still really important, attending school is mandatory for all children under the age of 18. Attending school is considered a civic duty. Why is it considered a civic duty to attend school? Anyone who is improving or enriching themselves is considered for great jobs, society see them as a productive citizen. Going on to attend college is a great thing also, attending college have many positive.Attending college will present the opportunity of higher income for your household when you earn your degree. 

When you apply for a job that requires a degree it usually offers a great salary and great benefits for you and your family. The benefits could range between many different areas such as, health insurance, a retirement fund, and much more depending on the company you are employed with. There are other means of education after high school such as any  trade schools, flight training zionsville in, Job corps, cosmetology schools and more. People are no longer limited to the amount of education they can have.

Education is available and it is very important to have. Where would we be without education? I wouldn’t want to find out, education has put us in a great place and afforded us great opportunities.
